Alway là luôn luôn, còn usually là thường thường.
+ I alway get up at 6.00 am (ngày nào cũng dậy lúc 6h)
+ I usually get up at 6.00 am (thường dậy lúc 6h, nhưng thỉnh thoảng có thể dậy muộn hơn)

In my opinion, "always" or "usually" is the same mean. "always" means logic and accurate. In English, we seldom use "always" until we want to emphasize something.
For example, I always wake up at 6:00 AM. The fact, most people never believe me "always" wake up at 6:00AM since I was borned because I may wake up at 6:01 or so. If I say I usually wake up at 6:00AM, and I am sure people believe that because I may wake up at 6:00 or 6:01 or so.
